The inclusion in this Legal Notice does not confirm that a company currently has entered into Engagement Letters or Service Agreements with clients.

The present list includes only the operating companies of our Group. The relevant “DIACRON Entity” for each engagement is the entity named in the applicable Engagement Letter and/or Service Agreement signed with client.

Each DIACRON entity is legally separate. The DIACRON Entity identified in the applicable Engagement Letter and/or Service Agreement is responsible for the agreed Services, subject to applicable law. The listing of an entity or office does not in itself establish responsibility for another entity’s obligations.
